Dear Friends everywhere,
It "pains me" to read from so many of you about having so much pain - mostly in letft arm which is the one that shakes most with most of us, but Margaret Stantonjust wrote about so many other places.
Don't you people take physiotherapy, massage, hot applications, professionally supervised exercise, hydrotheraly any other such treatments : reflexology and the likes.? I wrote repeatedly about how the physiotherapy method called Feldenkrais keeps me out of pain because every time muscles harden and bones get stiff I get things smooth again and the hardness does not get so bad as to caue pain, but I am sure there are a multitude of methods besides the one I am using to avoid getting too stiff - We can't just wait and do nothing - we need to supplement the treatment of JAnice's method with day to day upkeep.
I have had definite proof that getting a session of JAnice's treatment relaxes the muscles to such an extent that any physiotherapy following is more efficient and gets better results.
