Rick, I think that is where we in India have a huge advantage over you folks in the States. Prem's trainer cum masseuse comes home three times a week and his rates are not unaffordable. Wish it was possible for you too.

I find ther. massage to be very effective against the stiffness that I
encounter. Too bad I can only budget for one hour session per month. By the fourth week I am really looking forward to the appointment.

Folks, it might interest you to know that Prem's Ayurvedic doctor has also prescribed a massage for him with special medicated oils. We have yet to start the oil massage, but the yoga trainer + masseuse who is working with Prem has started an ordinary massage and I can already see a difference in Prem.
